Main functions
Winding drive part: two winding motor with host motor to do three motor muscle control, the host partition put and motor winding motor control tension, tension of finished product is stable, beautiful appearance.
Mechanism parts: winding rocker arm is controlled by pneumatic arm muscle balance, when coiling, can automatically adjust the contact pressure. Contact pressure can be set. The machine also can equipped with intermittent roller coiling, wider cutting and other materials.
Motor control part: use LCD touch screen operation interface, can be directly on the screen to set all kinds of winding condition and operation condition. Control part adopts programmable controller to control the mechanical action, with a self examination system, the machine failure can diagnose the cause of the problem itself.
Basic feeding forms: separate feeding frame, and the diameter of feeding.
On auxiliary raw materials: using hydraulic power, suitable for the workshop of no driving, saves manpower and reducing loading time.
Feeding the decrease sound hood: reduce the noise produced during the material roll out and can promote the quality of the work environment and safety.
Ear material processing equipment: optional detached or even machine winding waste, the author also strong vertical windmill is suitable for non-cohesive materials.
Automatic edge device: suitable for cutting and after printing, can accurate alignment printing line, cutting.
